THE Power has launched its newest school visit program - the Planet Teal Roadshow.

The Planet Teal Roadshow involves all Power players and staff visiting 32 schools over a 6 week period in February and March. Approximately 10,000 kids will get the chance to meet Power players as the program winds its way through various suburbs in the metro area.

Students in reception through to Year 2 get the chance to sit in on an assembly with the players where the hear about healthy lifestyle messages, whilst students in Yr 3-5 get to participate in an Auskick clinic run by the players and staff. Leadership students in yrs 6 and 7 get a chance to assist players in running the clinic.

Our first visit was a huge success hit with all schools and kids involved. This saw us visit eight schools on Feb 8th:
- Rose Park PS
- St Francis School
- Alberton PS
- Highgate PS
- Pulteney Grammar School
- Mitcham PS
- Prince Alfred College
- Westminster School

A further seven schools will be visited tomorrow (Feb 22nd):
- Trinity College - South
- St Michael’s College
- Rostrevor College
- Blackfriars Priory School
- North Haven PS
- Ardtornish PS
- West Lakes Shore PS

The Planet Teal Roadshow will conclude with two further visits on March 1st and 15th. Keep an eye out - your school might be one of the lucky ones we stop in on!
