Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Manage all data entry and guest information for events using the CRM database 
  • Produce documentation to ensure the smooth running of events; guest lists, floor plans, checklists
  • Create and manage guest registration and information forms
  • Create detailed spreadsheets with all Match Day/Non Match Day events to be used by external suppliers 

Match Day & Events

  • Work at all Match Day Functions and Special Events
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of multiple corporate functions during the Home & Away season
  • Assist with the ticketing process from start to finish of all Match Day & Events tickets and guest information
  • Assist with catering, themeing and entertainment requirements for Match Days 

Finals

  • Prepare all Grand Final ticketing
  • Work with Sponsorship and Sales Teams to ensure all corporate client contracts are met
  • Assist in the preparation of any finals events 

Membership Renewals

  • Process new membership and renewals through the Clubs CRM (Archtics)
  • Ensure all inbound phone calls are answered efficiently and call wait times are minimal
  • Perform outbound retention phone call at critical membership campaign times 

Data Integrity

  • Responsibility to ensure that all member and supporter details are correctly entered or updated in our database through touch point interactions 

Competencies and Experience:

  • Tertiary Degree in Events, Marketing or Business related discipline
  • 1 years’ experience in similar role
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Strong level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and computer programs
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
