ESSENDON remains unsure on the extent of the knee injury Josh Begley suffered during the Anzac Day clash against Collingwood at the MCG.
Begley twisted his right knee in the first term at the MCG and took no further part in the game.
Playing his first Anzac Day clash, Begley was chasing after a loose ball in the centre square before planting his leg and twisting after a bump from Pie Jack Crisp.

General manager of football Dan Richardson confirmed during the game that Begley had suffered suspected damage to his ACL or medial ligament.
But Bombers coach John Worsfold was unable to shed any further light on the youngster's injury after the game.
"Begley's hurt his knee so they're not really sure what he's done, other than obviously ruling him out from taking any further part (in the game)," Worsfold said.
"That's all I can say. I don't know which ligament or anything (was involved) with his knee."
The Bombers' rotations were limited further when Josh Green was ruled out of the game with a hamstring complaint in the second quarter.
Green appeared to tweak his hamstring in the first quarter and attempted to play on after treatment, but his day ended before half-time.
The forward will undergo scans to determine the severity of his injury.
Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti played Wednesday's game with strapping on his left knee and appeared to hobble at times during the game.
Worsfold said McDonald-Tipungwuti's finish to the match suggested his knee was "OK".
"He was moving pretty well when the ball was around him in the last quarter," Worsfold said.
"He certainly looked like he was hobbling at other times, but he looked pretty sharp a few times in that last quarter, so overall I think he was OK."
