Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational management of the Werribee Football Function Room including all staff, budgets, health & safety, catering, function co-ordination
- Responsible for direct management of all Events such as Presentation Night, Season Launch, Auction Night and more
- Assist with Sponsorship & Fundraising
- Assist with Marketing & Promotion
- Responsible with all Match Day Operations including staffing, gates, bar, canteen, Match Day Luncheons,
- Manage all Club Memberships including promotion
- Assist Werribee Football Club coteries, wherever possible
- Manage the Werribee Football Club database
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures as necessary
- Identify and improve club facilities, wherever possible
Relationships
- Develop positive relationships with all Werribee Football Club stakeholders
Decision Making
Authority: Any decisions regarding strategic direction or impacts to the club require Chief Executive Officer approval.
