Membership Pack Collection
There will be no items or membership packs available to collect on match day. If you have not received your membership pack or are missing any items please advise staff at any of our marquees at the Footbridge & Gate 5, so we can make arrangements. Our records show that everyone who has signed up prior to 10th May has been sent their Membership card however each year there is always a small percentage that are lost in the mail. Please note that to ensure membership cards are delivered in time for match day use, fulfilment items are now being sent out separately from Membership cards.
Ticket Collection
If you have signed up prior to 10th May and have not received your 2011 Membership Card please contact Membership services on 1300 GO SAINTS (467 246). The Reserved Seat and General Admission marquees will open at 12:00pm on match day. Please note that if you have joined us after 10th May there is no guarantee your 2011 Membership card will be sent to you in time for Round 9. All Reserved Seat holders who have signed up after 10th May can collect their 2011 Membership Card or entry ticket from our Reserved Seat marquee at Gate 5 on Saturday.
Cap and Scarf Collection
The Cap and Scarf collection marquee will be located at Gate 5.You can only pick up your scarf/cap or scarf upon presentation of your 2011 Membership Card. In order to fast track the process for all members, please ensure your card is out and ready before you approach the marquee. Please note that no caps or scarfs will be issued to anyone who doesn't have their card.
Victory Room
Entry is free for all Social Club members on the presentation of their 2011 Membership card and guests are more than welcome, however a small fee will apply. Located on Level 1 near Aisle 19, the Victory Room is also open for meals prior to the match. Priced from around $11.00 - $15.00 dining is on a walk-up basis and no advance bookings are taken.
As always, after every home game, return for our fantastic after match function. There is an opportunity for Social Club members to mix with fellow members, enjoy a drink, listen to guest speakers and player interviews, grab an autograph or maybe buy an auction item.
Reserved Seat Areas
The St Kilda Football Club and Etihad Stadium management have been in discussions regarding policing of St Kilda Reserved Seat areas. This will result in greater emphasis on ensuring that reserved areas are for Reserved Seat holders who hold tickets to that particular area only. These tickets are strictly non-transferable and anyone found to be using a ticket that does not belong to them, or anyone found in a seat they do not have a ticket for, will be removed. Particular attention will be paid to members/supporters who make their way down to seats during the final quarter.
