With the AFL's split round upon us and Collingwood having a weekend off before travelling to Sydney to take on the Swans, the players and coaches are spending four days in Queensland.

On Wednesday, as part of the club's three-day stint in Mackay, the players conducted a super clinic and then held a training session in front of a loud and enthusiastic crowd of locals at Harrup Park.

The event was a wonderful success, with Collingwood's presence giving a huge boost to a region where AFL is fast developing.

First it was the super clinic with hundreds of local school children...
