Other Incidents Assessed:

Contact between Fremantle’s Gabby O’Sullivan and Collingwood’s Sophie Casey from the third quarter of Saturday’s match was assessed. O’Sullivan receives a handball from her team mate and is seeking to move downfield towards goal. A Collingwood player comes from O’Sullivan’s right to tackle, while Casey comes in to tackle from the left. As O’Sullivan tries to evade the first tackle, high contact is made to Casey, for which a free kick is paid to the Collingwood player. It was the view of Mr Christian that O’Sullivan’s action was not considered careless and was therefore not a strike. No further action was taken.
