Co-captain Simon Black will return for the Brisbane Lions this week when they take on Collingwood at the MCG.
Black, who missed last week's 117-point win against Carlton with a sore knee, passed his fitness test and has been given the green light to play.
His inclusion comes at the expense of rookie Will Hamill who was omitted from the Lions team.
