The Swans will go into the important clash against Fremantle on Saturday with an unchanged line up.

Sydney Swans coach Paul Roos said the match committee wanted to back the team that had performed so well against Hawthorn last weekend.

“We’re very pleased with what they produced last week,’’ Roos said.

“We hope they can play to that standard again. We’ll need to if we are going to be able to match it with Fremantle who are a very good side.’’

The team is training this afternoon at Subiaco, to get used to the ground, which is significantly bigger than the SCG.

Swans fans have turned up to watch the players go through their paces, with WA boys Trent Dennis-Lane and Lewis Jetta the crowd pleasers.

Roos said Fremantle were a very good running side, and the Swans would need to match the Dockers in that area.

The three emergencies, Sam Reid, Gary Rohan and Brett Meredith have travelled with the side.

The reserves play Tuggeranong at Greenway Oval on Sunday, August 15 at 2pm.

The team to play Fremantle is:
B: Bevan, Richards, Shaw
HB: Malceski, Grundy, Kennelly
C: Jetta, Kirk, McVeigh
HF: McGlynn, O'Keefe, Kennedy
F: Pyke, Goodes, Moore
Foll: Mumford, Bolton, Jack
Interchange: Dennis-Lane, Hannebery, Mattner, White

Emergencies: Meredith, Reid, Rohan
