The Gold Coast SUNS are looking for a Membership & Ticketing Coordinator to join their fun and vibrant Membership team.  Your experience in a similar environment will ensure you hit the ground running and carry out duties relating to the effective administration and servicing of members and casual ticket purchasers.

The position will report to the Membership Manager and will work closely with all departments at the Club.  The position will oversee a trainee position so it’s essential you have leadership capabilities and are willing to lead by example.

The ideal candidate will have:

•    A strong personal brand which personifies the Gold Coast SUNS values of bold, fresh, relentless, dependable and community
•    Proven database or ticketing experience
•    Previous experience in a membership based organisation
•    A superior customer service focus with proven ability to manage and resolve customer conflict
•    Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
•    The ability to work well under pressure on a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
•    Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business/Administration/Marketing)
