The Power’s SANFL Player of the Week Paul Stewart has been rewarded for his brilliant performance on the weekend by being added to the Power squad to take on the Bombers on Sunday at Telstra Dome.

Small forward Robbie Gray, gutsy defender/midfielder Nick Lower and hard-running midfielder Nathan Lonie have also been included in the Power’s initial 25 man squad.

The versatile Stewart starred for the Eagles on Saturday against West and could be the frontrunner to replace Chad Cornes, who is out with a broken finger.

Gray is another who has been in good form in the local league, picking up the Power’s SANFL award two weeks ago.

The Power’s 25 to face the Bombers, as named at 4.30pm on Thursday, is as follows…

B: Michael Pettigrew, Alipate Carlile, Jacob Surjan
HB: Peter Burgoyne, Toby Thurstans, Dom Cassisi
C: Travis Boak, Adam Thomson, Kane Cornes
HF: David Rodan, Warren Tredrea, Brett Ebert
F: Daniel Motlop, Justin Westhoff, Brendon Lade
Foll: Dean Brogan, Steven Salopek, Shaun Burgoyne
Interchange from: Paul Stewart, Danyle Pearce, Troy Chaplin, Tom Logan, Nathan Lonie, Nick Lower, Robbie Gray
