The MBF Hawks Express made the journey down south to visit excited students from Rokeby Primary School.
After the bell rang for recess, the kids moved into the hall to catch Brad Sewell in his Play on Foods DVD.
Special guest Hawka was a big hit, running through the crowd giving high-fives and down-lows before he showed the kids some things he likes to do to keep fit and healthy.
The team ran footy clinics and other activities on the school oval, all children showed fantastic participation, and offered to help us pack up when it came time to leave.
All 70 students had a cooking lesson on how to make a healthy fruit smoothie, with the kids chosen to come up and choose their own ingredients to put into a smoothie.
Thank you to Amy Seabrook and Assistant Principal Tracey Stevens for their wonderful hospitality.
Next stop on the Tassie Hawks in Schools program is Claremont Primary School.
