BLUES midfielder Marc Murphy has earned a nomination for the AFL's goal of the year for round 16, thanks to his effort against the Swans on Sunday.
Murphy’s goal came in the third quarter – the Blues' fourth in eight minutes – when he outplayed a number of opponents.
The 21-year-old then collected the loose ball and ran off to kick a brilliant goal from close to the boundary.
Blues fans are urged to view and vote for Murphy's goal here, with voting to close on Sunday.
