The Crows could welcome back forward Mitch McGovern for Saturday's Grand Final against Richmond at the MCG. McGovern missed last Friday night's preliminary final win over Geelong with a hamstring injury, but has returned to running. Everything will depend on Wednesday's open training session at Adelaide Oval. If McGovern comes in, then utility Andy Otten will likely be the unlucky one to miss out. The Crows could decide to add a smaller defender to combat the Tigers' mosquito fleet, bringing the experienced Kyle Cheney – who hasn't played a game this year - back into the frame. The pacy Wayne Milera could also be around the mark if the Crows shuffle Richard Douglas or Paul Seedsman back into defence. - Lee Gaskin
The full injury list: The Grand Final
All signs point to an unchanged line-up for the Tigers, who have hit a sweet spot this September with the same 22 in both finals wins. Their last change came on the eve of the finals when Oleg Markov was replaced by Josh Caddy, and they have played their best football since. The VFL team's charge into the Grand Final, ultimately losing to Port Melbourne, kept their fringe players in form, and Sam Lloyd was named the Norm Goss medallist for a best-on-ground performance. Lloyd had 35 possessions, 10 clearances and nine tackles through the midfield and would appear to be front of the queue if injury strikes. Anthony Miles (24 disposals and seven clearances) and Corey Ellis (23 disposals) were excellent, while tall forward Ben Griffiths booted three goals. The Tigers' emergencies in the preliminary final were Shaun Hampson, Shai Bolton and Ellis. – Nathan Schmook
