Taylor was the top-scoring key defender of the round and moved up to 42nd overall, reclaiming the mantle as the No. 1 key defender in the competition. He took three intercept marks, had six spoils and nine intercepts against Melbourne, which equated to 19.6 points.

Malceski moved to a career-high 32nd overall – just three places behind position leader Shaun Burgoyne – after scoring 21.8 points in the Swans' big win over Carlton at the SCG. He took three intercept marks and had 745 metres gained. 




Sidebottom was Collingwood’s top-scoring player in the loss the loss to Essendon with 18.2 points. He had more disposals and more metres gained than any of his teammates. He moved up to 18th overall – a career-high and his first time in the top-20.




Martin was the highest-scoring mid-forward of the round with 25.9 points – the second-best score of his career.


Motlop kicked one goal, had four assists and was involved in 13 scores for Geelong in the big win over Melbourne on Saturday. He has moved up to 37th overall – second of small-medium forwards and just six places behind position leader, Port's Chad Wingard.


Buddy kicked six goals in the Swans' win over the Blues to move to second on the Coleman Medal leader board – three behind Port Adelaide's Jay Schulz. He was the highest scoring key forward for the round with 27.0 points. Franklin ranks seventh for average points per game this season.



Pyke recorded a career-best score of 21.0 points. He had 19 hit-outs to advantage. He moved up to 176th overall – 12th of ruckmen.

Merrett was the top-scoring first-year player for the round with 18.9 points. He had 24 disposals, including 10 kicks at 100 per cent efficiency, and kicked two goals in the Bombers' thumping win over Collingwood.
