Ben Speight and Leigh Harding have been called into the North Melbourne side for its clash against Essendon on Saturday night.

20 year-old Speight has been on the cusp of selection for much of the 2010 season, but will make his debut after the late withdrawals of Daniel Pratt and Nathan Grima.

Essendon has also made a change to its selected team, bringing in Brent Prismall for Sam Lonergan.
