Ticketing information

Member Access
Members should be aware that this weekend’s match against Geelong is the Club’s first home game for 2010.

All Hawthorn reserved seat holders (except Tasmanian members) have guaranteed entry to the MCG.

Purchasing membership prior to match-day
Supporters looking to purchase membership to gain entry to the MCG for this match must be aware that cards will not be mailed for memberships purchased after Monday 29 March.

Members who renew their 2009 General Admssion membership will have already received their 2010 membership card with their renewal letter in November 2009. By renewing your membership, this card will be activated and ready to use on match-day, providing the same membership is being purchased for 2010. Members who upgrade or downgrade for 2010 will have a replacement ticket available for collection on match-day at the Gate 5 membership marquee.

Members purchasing new General Admission memberships after Monday 29 March will be emailed an eTicket to enable them to gain entry to the MCG on match-day.  Membership cards will be mailed the following week. Please be aware that eTickets must be printed prior to 5pm Friday 2 April, to avoid deactivating the barcode.

Members without email access can visit our membership marquee outside Gate 5 (Punt Road End) on match-day to collect their entry ticket.

Members purchasing Reserved Seat memberships after Monday 29 March will have their membership card available for collection at the Gate 5 collection marquee on match-day.

Purchasing membership on match-day
Memberships are available to purchase at our match-day marquees, located at Gates 1, 3 and 5 outside the MCG. However, to avoid queues supporters are strongly advised to arrange their membership prior to match-day or arrive at the MCG early.

The Club will not be able to issue entry tickets to members who forget to bring their membership card to the MCG.

Members Family Area
For season 2010, the Club has secured bays M1 and M2 in the Southern Stand as the members family area.  As per 2009, these bays will remain as dry areas.
Members wishing to sit in the member’s family area for this game will be required to purchase a reserved seat into this allocation. It will not be a walk-in area.
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketek  or by phoning 132 849.
