The West Coast Eagles has long prided itself on the relationship it enjoys with football at all levels in Western Australia.

That bond continues to strengthen with the club having contributed $60 million towards the development of football in this state since its inception in 1987.

And 2004 has seen the West Coast Eagles team up with Beaumonde Homes in the construction of a two storey home in Stirling, WA.

The property is located on the corner of Candella Square and Arezzo Street in Princeton Private Estate, and will be put up for auction early in 2005.

All proceeds from its sale will go towards the development of junior football in WA, with such a commitment benefiting more than 100 metropolitan and 120 country-based clubs.

The West Coast Eagles would like to thank Beaumonde Homes, the Port Bouvard Group and Ross Neumann for their support and generosity throughout the project. Mr Neumann provided the land for development.

Proud sponsor of the club, Channel 7 Perth is also supporting the project with community service announcements during the period of construction and sale.
