Are you passionate about administration and Front Office? Do you have sound knowledge of the Gold Coast SUNS and AFL? The Gold Coast SUNS are seeking an outgoing & highly organised Administration and Membership Assistant to join our team.
Reporting to the Membership Operations Coordinator, this position has overall responsibility for the delivery of competent and professional reception and administrative services to the office of the Gold Coast SUNS Football Club. This position will coordinate a range of office processes and tasks enabling staff to work in an effective and efficient environment. This position will provide administrative assistance to the Membership & Ticketing and Community and Fan Development departments.
You will need to address the following selection criteria in order to be considered for the role:
- a strong personal brand which personifies the Gold Coast SUNS values of bold, fresh, relentless, dependable and community;
- the ability to work autonomously and independently in a reception setting;
- experience in developing relationships with stakeholders and providing a professional reception and telephone answering service;
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- the ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities at once;
- ability to maintain confidentiality and security in all aspects of the business;
- certificate or diploma in Office Administration or similar; and
- Passionate, with an understanding of the AFL and the GC SUNS
