Hawthorn Football Club is looking for casual staff to service our membership call centre for a 6 month period commencing the end of September 2009.

We are looking for dedicated, energetic and adaptable people that are able to work in high pressure situations during our busy Membership renewal period.

To be successful in this role you must have the following qualities:

  • Database experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Be able to learn new information and processes quickly
  • Excellent phone manner & customer service skills
  • Ability to follow through with tasks
  • Committed to working regular hours, as well as the flexibility to work selected weekends at other locations.
