THE match committee has made seven changes in naming a 28-man squad for Saturday’s NAB Challenge clash against Richmond, with skipper David Neitz one of the key inclusions.

Along with Neitz, the Demons have added Travis Johnstone, Russell Robertson, Byron Pickett, Nathan Carroll, Daniel Ward and Nathan Brown to the provisional squad.

Defender Matthew Warnock is a forced omission after he hurt his ankle in the match against Adelaide in Mount Gambier last weekend.

Simon Godfrey, Paul Johnson, Daniel Hughes, Heath Neville, Ricky Petterd and Colin Garland have been left out.

The match starts at MC Labour Park (Princes Park) at 2pm.

Meanwhile, available players not playing against the Tigers will line up for Sandringham in a practice match on Sunday against the Bendigo Bombers.

That match kicks off at 2pm at Trevor Barker Oval.
