Veteran utility Travis Johnstone has been recalled after missing the past two matches while Sam Sheldon and Tom Collier have been selected to play their first matches of 2010.
Sheldon enjoyed a breakthrough season last year when he made his senior debut in Round 6 before going on to play 19 consecutive matches including two Finals. After struggling with a back injury for much of the pre-season, he returned through the Lions Reserves where he has regained match fitness.
Collier - who played six matches in each of his previous two seasons - has also earned his chance for senior selection and is likely to line up in the depleted Lions backline.
Injured Vice-Captain Jed Adcock was the only forced change from the side that lost to Adelaide by 12 points last week while Andrew Raines and Cheynee Stiller have both been omitted.
Three-time premiership player, All-Australian and Lions Life Member Luke Power will reach a significant milestone this weekend when he runs out for the 250th time in a senior AFL match.
He is only the 12th person in Club history to have achieved this feat and will be hoping that the occasion is a memorable one.
Injured Vice-Captain Daniel Merrett will appear in the Lions Shop located at Gabba Gate 2 before the game to sign autographs between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
