The guernsey Marlon Motlop wore as he ran out in his first AFL game is leading the bidding on www.aflauctions.com.au. The highest bid for Motlop’s guernsey (pictured to the right) is $161, which leads Kane Cornes’ guernsey by just $1 as the two most expensive. Justin Westhoff’s is currently going for a steal, at just $52.

The club is auctioning off the signed, match-worn Planet Teal guernseys which were worn as a one-off in the Power’s 78 piont win over Melbourne on Saturday. The guernseys were designed by 10-year-old Marlon Shepherdson as part of the Planet Teal Power Guernsey Competition. Only 133 were manufactured by Reebok and Port Adelaide fans have the opportunity to bid on one of two match-worn guernseys for each player (the player keeps one guernsey). This is a rare opportunity to own a guernsey worn and signed by your favourite player, don’t miss out!

Bidding on guernseys will finish next Wednesday, September 3, with a different guernsey auction finishing every 30 minutes (Please note: times listed are AEST). To register as a bidder in these auctions, simply head to www.aflauctions.com.au/power and hit the register online icon.
