Geelong star James Kelly has confirmed he has inked a new three year contract with the club.
Speaking on Before the Game, Kelly told the panel the contract was finalised last week, a deal that will likely see him play out his career as a one club player.
Kelly was drafted by Geelong with the 17th pick of the 2001 national draft, debuting against Brisbane in round 6 of 2002. Since then Kelly has gone on to become an elite player, amassing 192 games.
The 28-year-old midfielder has been a key to two Geelong premierships and Kelly has displayed career best form in 2011, making him an almost certain All Australian.
