COLLINGWOOD key defender Nathan Brown is a late withdrawal for the critical match against the Sydney Swans at Telstra Dome.

Brown, who was likely to get the job on Swans full-forward Barry Hall, has been replaced by Shannon Cox.

Collingwood said Brown was suffering from general soreness.
