Reporting to the Membership Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the provision of information to members and fans via inbound & outbound phone calls,  email, post and in person. Your attention to detail during data entry and ability to prioritise competing tasks will be valued in this role.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn

A basic level and/or interest to learn the specific technical skills required.
