Cameron Mooney kicked four second-half goals as Geelong rounded off their pre-season schedule with a 25-point NAB Challenge victory over Melbourne at Skilled Stadium today.

The Cats led throughout the match and would have won by more if not for inaccuracy in front of goal during a low-scoring first half.

The home side was well-served by midfielders Jimmy Bartel and David Wojcinski, while Mooney was the Cats' leading goalscorer with four in the 11.13 (79) to 7.12 (54) victory.

Geelong's first round opponents in the season proper are the Western Bulldogs.
