Other Incidents Assessed:
The match day report against Carlton's Mitch Robinson for engaging in rough conduct against the Brisbane Lions' Simon Black was assessed. The panel said that Robinson did not make contact to Black's head/neck region with his bumping motion, but made high contact with his left arm. The majority of contact by Robinson was made to Black's side and back as Robinson went over the top of the Brisbane player in his attempt to bump. While there was a free kick for high contact, the action was not deemed reportable and no further action was taken.

Contact between the Gold Coast Suns' Danny Stanley and North Melbourne's Drew Petrie from the second quarter of Saturday's match was assessed. Based on a medical report from North Melbourne and the available video evidence, the force in the contact was below that required to constitute a reportable offence. Petrie required no treatment after the incident and immediately got to his feet to take his free kick. No further action was taken.

Contact between Hawthorn's Brent Guerra and the Geelong Cats' Joel Selwood from the fourth quarter of Saturday's match was assessed. It was the view of the panel that Guerra was standing his ground as Selwood was in a low position to try and gather the ball. Guerra was not moving forward and it was the panel's view that his focus was to try and contest the ball. Guerra did not have a realistic alternative way to contest the ball and no further action was taken.
