Today Spotlight On looks at the progress of Lachie Hansen.
It has been pretty hard, probably not as hard as last year but the intensity levels at training have gone up a gear. The sessions haven't been as long, but a lot more intensity and the skills have been really good so far.
We hear you've put on a few kilos?
Yeah, I've put on a couple more kilos so that's a good sign. I just have to learn how to run with that now. The extra couple of kilos, I didn't think it would be that much of a difference, but when I got back from the break it was a lot different.
Brad Scott's keen on me playing key position, he hasn't said which end he wants me at yet, so it could be back or forward but I'm just looking forward to practice games coming up and seeing where he chooses to play me.
What improvements should we be looking for in Lachie Hansen in 2010?
I just want more consistency in my game, my levels last year were up and down, I had some good games then had some pretty poor games so hoping to just a good consistent year of footy and do my bit for the team.
