Coached by Russell Ebert and Michael Wilson respectively, the two teams have now been named although there will be a couple of additions to each team.
While the majority of the players will be from the club’s highly-valued group of Power Brokers, they will get a helping hand from some former Power players.
Josh Francou, Darren Mead and Roger James are all confirmed starters for the game.
The game is being put on by the club for its Power Brokers (formerly known as Coteries) who are passionate Power fans and business people who each make an important financial contribution to the club.
Russell’s Renegades will be captained by Andrew Marshman, while his opposing skipper for Wilbur’s Warriors will be Achille Pennino.
The game goes from 4pm until 5pm this Saturday 9 February at Alberton Oval. Report time for Power Brokers is 3pm.
Power joint-major partner Vodafone kindly donated a cup and medals for the winning team. A best-on-ground medal will also be presented and the winner will also receive a Blackberry, thanks to Vodafone!
