Daniel Howe, Hawthorn, has been charged with tripping Zac Fisher, Carlton, during the first quarter of the Round 18 match between Hawthorn and Carlton, played at Etihad Stadium on Sunday July 22, 2018.

Based on the available evidence and a medical report from the Carlton Football Club, the incident was classified as careless conduct with severe impact to the body. The incident was assessed as a direct referral to the Tribunal.

Tom Cutler, Brisbane Lions, has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Lachlan Murphy, Adelaide Crows, during the third quarter of the Round 18 match between the Brisbane Lions and the Adelaide Crows, played at the Gabba on Saturday July 21, 2018.

Based on the available evidence and a medical report from the Adelaide Crows Football Club, the incident was classified as careless conduct with high impact to the head. The incident was assessed as a two-match sanction.

Jake Barrett, Brisbane Lions, has accepted a $2000 sanction for making contact from front-on against Rory Laird, Adelaide Crows, during the fourth quarter of the Round 18 match between the Brisbane Lions and the Adelaide Crows, played at the Gabba on Saturday July 21, 2018.

Ricky Henderson, Hawthorn, has accepted a $2000 sanction for making contact from front-on against Levi Casboult, Carlton, during the third quarter of the Round 18 match between Hawthorn and Carlton, played at Etihad Stadium on Sunday July 22, 2018.

Jack Macrae, Western Bulldogs, has accepted a $2000 sanction for striking Luke Shuey, West Coast, during the first quarter of the Round 18 match between the Western Bulldogs and West Coast, played at Optus Stadium on Sunday July 22, 2018.

Josh Dunkley, Western Bulldogs, has accepted a $1000 sanction for making careless contact with umpire Chris Donlon during the third quarter of the Round 18 match between the Western Bulldogs and West Coast, played at Optus Stadium on Sunday July 22, 2018.
