Match Day activities and entertainment
As part of Australian Football’s 150th year celebrations, Sunday’s must win clash with the Tigers is themed ‘Tom Wills Round’. Tom Wills is credited as being one the inventors of Australian Rules Football, and this round provides an opportunity to reflect on the rich history of our great game.
This week there will be plenty of pre-match activities taking place on the oval between 2.10pm and 2.25pm, including the final performance of the year by the Crows Dance Team, plus we’ll catch up with two players from the Crows first home game in Simon Tregenza and Scott Lee, and of course, we’ll pay tribute to the man of the moment, Andrew ‘Bunji’ McLeod, who this week lines up for his 300th game for the Adelaide Crows.
Thanks to the home match sponsor, BigPond you can feel like you are a part of the Crows team. Visit BigPond’s green screen activity right next to Gate 3 opposite CROWmania between 12.30pm – 2.30pm and you can have you image super imposed into a Crows action photo. You’ll get to keep your image so you can look and feel part of the Camry Crows.
All supporters are encouraged to make a gold coin donation as they enter AAMI Stadium on Sunday, with all funds raised being donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of South Australia supporting the fantastic work they do in the community. Everyone who donates a gold coin will receive a BigPond / Adelaide Crows flag to wave proudly and passionately at the game.
Thanks to the Crows 2008 Match Day Entertainment Sponsor, Brooksys Good Guys at Mile End, the handball competitions will be conducted right next to the Crows Home Loan Jumping Castle which will set up next to Gate 3.
