The AFL off-season will head into overdrive this Tuesday when the official Trade Period commences.

All club list managers will have from Tuesday 5 October until Monday 11 October to secure players or draft picks from opposition clubs in what has become one of the busiest - and most popular - activities throughout the off-season.

The Lions were one of the prime movers on the trade market in 2009 landing five players - Brendan Fevola (from Carlton), Brent Staker (from West Coast), Andrew Raines (from Richmond), Amon Buchanan (from Sydney) and Xavier Clarke (from St Kilda).

The Club website will keep members and supporters updated should the Lions decide to participate in trade week again.

In the meantime, please find below a complete list of the Lions’ trade activity since the merged Club officially formed in 1997.
