GREATER Western Sydney coach Leon Cameron concedes next week's clash with Collingwood at the MCG is close to the biggest fixture in the club's history.
The Giants are 7-3 after disposing of the Brisbane Lions by 30 points in round 10, which sets up a massive game against the Pies, with a spot in the top four up for grabs.
Cameron accepts that because of the hype surrounding the game, the venue and the reward on offer for the winners, it will be a huge week for the Giants.
"Probably because of the build up, where we sit on the ladder; we've never been in that position before, seven wins is the most we've ever had in a season," he said.

"Playing against a great side that’s got a big following; (it's) another experience that we look forward to and we really want.
"It's a huge challenge for us at the MCG, we love playing there. If you eventually want to play finals footy you have to play well at the MCG.
"We've got a huge challenge against Collingwood."
Co-captain Callan Ward was best on ground for the Giants against the Lions with 32 possessions and 12 tackles after a disappointing game against his former side the Western Bulldogs last week.
Cameron paid tribute to Ward's ability to lead his side, week in, week out.
"I thought Cal Ward stood out, so that was pleasing from our captain's point of view," Cameron said.
"I think amongst the 17 other clubs, the other players would know how tough he is. He's suicidal when he hits the footy, whether it's on the ground or in the air.
"I think amongst his peers they know he's really a fantastic footballer.
"All I know is he leads the charge each week and puts his head over the footy, and it'll be no different this Sunday against Collingwood."
The Giants have played some hard-running and exciting footy in 2015, but their win over the Lions didn't have the polish of their previous six victories this season.
That fact didn't escape the coach, but Cameron was impressed with his side's character to persevere and overcome the gritty Lions.
"Our actual ability to have that sort of scrap and fight, and win contested ball, when things aren’t going your way, that was the pleasing part of the game," he said.
"Our tackle count was pretty good and our clearances were pretty good.
"There's no doubt there were some moments where we didn't capitalise and made some really poor skill errors that cost us, but to be 7-3, it's particularly pleasing for our footy club."
