“Mic’d Up” is a new segment on CTV which gives Collingwood supporters the rare chance to hear what the coaches and players discuss during training.

After listening to supporter feedback, CTV has responded by giving it's viewers more inside access to what happens during a training session.

Throughout the season CTV will publish new episodes of “Mic’d Up” which gives the Magpie supporter unprecedented access into the workings of the football department.

How is a training drill run?  What does a coach say to a player to get them motivated?  Do the players instruct each other?  All these questions will be answered across the 2009 Collingwood season exclusively on CTV.

This week’s episode of “Mic’d Up” features assistant coach Paul Hudson working with the whole playing group on Gosch’s Paddock during the main training session on Wednesday.

Hudson speaks with skipper Nick Maxwell about what they both want to see from the players to try and maximise the session.

Watch and listen to the dialogue between the coach and players and be inspired by what Maxwell says to the team as his leadership qualities come to the fore.

CTV has broken new ground with this segment and it hopes all Collingwood supporters enjoy this new feature.
