The Brisbane Lions AFC advises that there has been some important changes to TWO Lions match times throughout the 2011 AFL season.

The Lions' Round 9 and 11 matches against North Melbourne and Sydney respectively at the Gabba will now start at 7:40pm - not 7:10pm as previously advertised.

All Lions members and supporters are encouraged to make note of the following match starting time changes:

Round 9 - Saturday 21 May: Brisbane Lions v North Melbourne (Will now start 30 minutes later at 7.40 local time)

Round 11, Saturday 4 June: Brisbane Lions v Sydney Swans (Will now start 30 minutes later at 7.40 local time)
