WEST Coast has confirmed contract extensions for first-year coach Adam Simpson and chief executive Trevor Nisbett.
The Eagles' board ratified the deals for both men only a week after the club fell just short of playing finals in 2014.
Simpson's first season in charge of West Coast yielded 11 wins and a ninth-placed finish.
After initially signing a two-year deal with the option of a third when he was appointed in September last year, Simpson has added the one-year extension that will see him through until the end of 2016.

Nisbett has penned a new three-year deal after the board asked him continue until the end of 2017 when West Coast plans to have completed a move to their new home at Lathlain Park.
The CEO has been a key driver of the move to the new training and administration facility, and announced on Wednesday that the club had signed a 99-year lease to move to Lathlain permanently from the current base at Patersons Stadium.
There is still plenty of work to be done in regards to executing the move. Nisbett is trying to negotiate funding from the state and federal governments to help build the $60 million facility.
The 57-year-old has also been a key figure in negotiations surrounding WA football's proposed move to the brand new sports stadium to be built at Burswood for the start of the 2018 AFL season.
Nisbett has been the Eagles’ CEO since 1999 after taking over from Brian Cook. Prior to that he was the club's football manager during Mick Malthouse's coaching reign.
In August, Nisbett was inducted as just the third non-playing member of the West Coast hall of fame.
Meanwhile forward Josh Hill has also signed a one-year contract extension to remain at the club in 2015.
The former Western Bulldog struggled to find form in his third year at the Eagles, playing just four times in the first 18 rounds. But he played the last five games of the season, kicking four goals and averaging nearly 15 disposals and four tackles.
The 25-year-old has kicked 71 goals in 51 matches with the Eagles since joining the club via a trade at the end of 2011.
