Port Adelaide's U/18s have defeated Glenelg by 14 points in the Macca's Cup Grand Final at AAMI Stadium.

The Magpies came from behind to over-run reigning back-to-back premiers Glenelg in a hard fought game in wet conditions.

Having defeated the Magpies in week two of the finals, the Tigers started strongly kicking the first three goals of the game in a scrappy first quarter before the Magpies hit back with two of their own before the first break.

Despite a big discrepancy in possessions (265 to Port-355 to Glenelg) and inside 50s (37-53), the Magpies remained in the match until half time when they trailed by just seven points.

Luke Reynolds (4 goals and 13 possessions) ignited the Magpies in the second half, as a more ferocious side emerged from the changerooms in the second half to run over the top of the Bays to win by 14 points.
