This newly created role which reports to the General Manager Commercial Operations will lead our Consumer Business team comprising; Membership and ticketing, Merchandise and memorabilia, Events and match day activation, Fundraising and fan development. We require an innovative operator who can identify and set revenue growth initiatives and monitor performance levels including customer satisfaction. You will have a blend of creative flair and business acumen.

Given the strategic elements of this role, you will need to demonstrate a significant knowledge and a practical application of consumer business initiatives; preferably within the football or sporting environment. To provide an insight into the level that we require, we would welcome applications from people with at least three years of proven success in a similar role.
