How to claim your Vodafone rewards:
1. Pay the full 2008 Brisbane Lions membership price upfront to the Club.

2. Send in the red Vodafone coupon from your new membership order form or membership renewal order form.
3. Connect or switch to any new Vodafone 24 month contract prior to 5pm Monday 30 June 2008.
4. You cannot pay the rebated total upfront as we need to verify your Vodafone customer status first.
