Can’t attend a match this season? Don’t worry! You can keep your seat warm by selling it to another Swans Supporter.
If you can not attend a game you can place your reserved seat* back on the Ticketek system to be re-sold to another Swans supporter. Each time you RELEASE your seat and it is SOLD, you will receive valuable MEMBERSHIP DOLLARS, which can be used directly against your membership fees for the 2008 season.
* Only available to Members with Reserved Seats. Available for 11 home games

For example: If an ADULT member released their STAND seat for three matches, and it was SOLD for two of these matches, they would earn a $50 discount on their 2008 Membership fees (2 x $25 = $50).
How do I release my seats?
Ring the following number 9am-5pm Monday to Friday in the week prior to each SCG and Telstra Stadium home game. You can only release seats for the next round – that is, one round at a time.
THIS NUMBER IS PRINTED ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD
Please make sure you have your Membership card in front of you as you will need to quote your:
1. Member ID Number
2. Card number (the 6 digit bold number near the barcode on your card)
3. Reserved Seat details.
You may phone to release a seat for another member as well, as long as you can quote the above details for that member(s).
Once you have released your seat for a match, your entry bar code on your membership card will be de-activated for that game only. That is, you will NOT be able to enter the ground with your card.
Not using your membership card this weekend due to other commitments. Why not give to a family member or work colleague or friend the opportunity to go to a Swannies game?
Membership cards are fully transferable. You can even bring an adult in on a junior card just by visiting a Swans Service Office and upgrading the card before you enter on match day.
Upgrade prices are:
Junior -> Adult = $24
Concession -> Adult = $12
Junior -> Concession = $12
Remember if it’s your card you’re responsible for it. Membership cards remain the property of the person named on the card. Replacement cards cost $20 and we will only waive the cost if a Police Report is made (i.e. your wallet, purse or bag was stolen).
