"Georgie Prespakis suffered a lateral ankle sprain on the weekend," Geelong's AFLW head physiotherapist Erin Nelson said.
"Her availability for Saturday's final will depend on her passing functional tests during the week. We are hopeful she will be available."
Geelong's list is otherwise completely healthy, with the club set to release its official injury list on Wednesday.
The Cats take on the Kangaroos on Saturday evening at 7.10pm at GMHBA Stadium, with the loser eliminated from the finals series.
