Team GWS is on a journey to establish itself as a successful community based Club that the people of Greater Western Sydney will embrace and be proud of.

Critical to the success of the club, will be its ability to engage the community in the journey and develop a strong foundation of fans to support the club’s membership, ticketing and match attendance targets.

Working closely with the Fan Development Manager, the Fan Programs Coordinator has a key role in developing loyal club fans through coordinating and delivering a range of targeted fan engagement programs and communications that enhance the fans experience and drive acquisition and retention.

Specifically the Fan Programs Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Assisting development and coordinating delivery of fan engagement programs
• Managing specific engagement programs including the Junior Fan Club
• Coordinating marketing campaigns to drive fan and member engagement
• Development and delivery of supporter and member communications
• Executing fan activation programs at community events

Team GWS are keen to hear from applicants with the following experience and skills:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for creative writing
• Proactive and innovative in generating and executing new initiatives
• Experience in developing create briefs and working with agencies and print suppliers
• Ability to demonstrate effective conflict management skills
