MEMBERSHIP TEAM LEADER

We are seeking a professional candidate who shares our passion for Australian football and entertainment and our commitment to providing a superior level of service to AAMI Stadium Members.

Reporting to the Stadium Manager, the Membership Team Leader is responsible for proactively and professionally managing the AAMI Stadium membership program with a focus on membership sales, membership value and customer service.

Working with the membership team, the Team Leader will ensure all membership enquiries, applications, renewals and communications are managed in a timely and efficient manner. As one of the first points of contact, your customer service and customer relations skills will be important in developing relationships with new and existing members. The Team Leader will also be expected to contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, new member programs, sales strategies and the continuous improvement of the membership benefits program.

Key selection criteria:
• Experience with membership programs, sales and servicing
• A creative flair and experience in developing marketing and promotional campaigns
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer relations, with the ability to identify and provide customer solutions
• Advanced administration, planning and organisation skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher & PowerPoint)
• Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
