The North Melbourne Football Club is searching for a young, enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join their Membership team.
The Trainee Customer Service Assistant position will be based at the club’s state of the art facility, Aegis Park.
The role would be suited to a student shortly completing VCE with an interest to start a career in the sporting industry. The role would report to the Customer Service Coordinator and the Membership Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering in bound sales & enquiries via email, phone, mail & fax
Outbound phone calls
Assisting with Membership sales & queries for Melbourne Tigers
Serving customers over counter where required
Match day membership assistance for both the North Melbourne Football Club and Melbourne Tigers where required
Processing membership applications via mail, phone, fax, email, internet, over counter
Database maintenance and memo reporting
Assistance at Club functions
Ensuring great customer service is given to all members, supporters & community groups
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential with high level computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Outlook also preferred.
Hours for this role will be:
Membership:
Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm
Plus match days and other club events where required (time in lieu offered)
