IT TOOK one minute for the Tribunal to decide Adelaide skipper Taylor Walker was not guilty of misconduct on West Coast midfielder Luke Shuey on Tuesday.
Walker was contesting his $2500 fine from midway through the second quarter of last Saturday's clash, when he lightly struck Shuey with his left fist.
That came after Shuey hit Walker, with similar impact, but into the Crows captain's back.
Walker tweeted his issue with the penalty on Monday night.

Walker wasn't required to give evidence since, as his advocate Andrew Culshaw pointed out and as agreed to by the AFL's representative Nick Pane QC and Tribunal members Jason Johnson, David Neitz and Stewart Loewe, the forward couldn't have added to the vision, which was conclusive in what happened.

Pane contended Walker was fined because his action was a bad look for the game, especially with junior players watching on.
However, Culshaw argued the lack of remonstration from anyone else on the field showed it wasn't a problematic incident.
"This is the sort of thing that happens tens, if not hundereds of times, in a weekend. It's the sort of thing that's not considered unacceptable or unsportsmanlike," Culshaw said.
Culshaw pointed out the lack of impact was significant.
"To call this misconduct is setting the bar far too low," Culshaw said.
