• Nine things we learned from round two
• Who fired for your club in this weekend's state leagues?
IF LAST weekend wasn't already a reminder of the highs and lows of Fantasy coaching, round two certainly stepped up to fill the void. Regrettable bench swaps, injuries and fallen premiums certainly kept many of us on our toes and planning the anxiously awaited rage trades. If you dodged the carnage, well done! But don't brag too hard because the karma bus can be cruel on the flipside.
Fantasy Pig
I have had my eyes on Tom Mitchell as the next official Pig for years and he hasn't put a hoof wrong over the first two weeks of the season. Against the Blues, he put on an absolute show with 34 possessions, eight marks and nine tackles for 143. It appears 'Horse' Longmire has given him the freedom to hunt the footy this year and with any vest concern gone, he has to be high on the radar for any coaches who don't have him. He could quite easily be the highest scoring player of the year at season's end.
Fantasy Prestigiacomo
After Ross Lyon stated Michael Barlow would be thrown back into his preferred midfield role, many of us got excited at the prospect of him returning to his 110-plus average, especially given his forward eligibility. Statistically he ticked all boxes in the pre-season, attending a high percentage of centre bounces and winning plenty of the ball. Enter the season proper and we have been thrown a huge curve ball with Barlow playing a forward role and scoring at a rate that reflects a forward how isnt' kicking goals! Against the Suns, he had just three kicks on his way to 59. He has to go, unless of course you have a WAFL Fantasy team.
Fantasy Piglet
We all knew Darcy Parish was a gun, but were worried about paying the extra cash for a rookie. More fool us! Parish backed up his impressive debut with an outstanding game against the Demons with 21 possessions, three marks, a whopping eight tackles and a goal for 102. He is awkwardly priced now, but well done to any coaches who started with him.

Sorry mate! But don't worry, it is a long season, you will be back!
@RoyDT @AFLFantasy You lads convinced me to use Barlow and I'm being let down. Best replacement for him?
— SoccerBeast (@borgy017) April 3, 2016
I am sorry, but I handball the blame (+2) to Ross Lyon.

Nothing wrong with restructure trades at this time of year.
@RoyDT Do you think Mills has a higher scoring ability? Doesn't seem to get on the end of many plays. Low ceiling
— Jack Bidwell (@JackBidwell) April 3, 2016
Hasn't mastered the art of junk time yet! He will get there soon.
@RoyDT how big a swing in overall position happened this week? If you're outside top 20000 can you come back?
— Anna Willis (@AnnaWillis) April 3, 2016
Yep, don't stress! It's a marathon, not a sprint. Only takes one good week to jump.
@RoyDT why is life so unfair?
— The Commish (@DonVivant) April 3, 2016

@RoyDT Who to drop Barlow or Gawn? #AFLFantasy
— Seb Birrell (@MrBarrellroll) April 3, 2016
Barlow, the rucks are all over the place.
@RoyDT is Rocky and Barlow to JJ and Hunter via DPP a good trade
— Kylie (@KylieT23) April 3, 2016
I think Hunter is the best trade for Rocky, I would prefer Zach Merrett to JJK.
