ESSENDON'S Jake Stringer is hoping to have a "magical" moment and be able to run out with his two daughters in his 100th match on Saturday night.
Stringer admitted on Wednesday that he had grown up this season in his fresh start at Tullamarine after switching from Whitten Oval.
DREAMTIME AT THE 'G Preview of Essendon v Richmond
Following a public break-up with his partner last year, Stringer said his daughters haven't yet had the chance to watch him play in 2018.
He's hoping that changes on Saturday night when the Bombers play Richmond in his first Dreamtime at the 'G clash.
"Fingers crossed I can run out with them on Saturday night and have a very special moment with them," Stringer said.
"That's something hopefully we'll get done and hopefully I can enjoy that with them just for that five minutes."
"It means the world to me, to have your two daughters there, they're my whole world.
"To have them there, to run out with them and give them a hug and a kiss and spend some time with them would be pretty magical for me."
Stringer played 89 games for the Western Bulldogs, including the 2016 premiership, before joining Essendon this season.
