"Liam's a really special individual. He's really well organised in his life. He's an intelligent boy and a part of our leadership group as well," Jones told this week's Road to the Draft podcast.
"His on-field prowess is he's a really smart player as well. Whether he's playing wing, forward or as an inside midfielder, he's clean and knows how to find the football.
"He makes really good decisions, is composed and can kick both sides of his body, so he's another really good prospect we've got coming through."

Clubs have taken notice of the 180cm draft hopeful's pace and skills in attack, and ability to mark above his head as well as go through the midfield.
Jones said after overcoming injury, Henry was pushing up the draft board.
"He was injured last year so we didn't see much of him. I think he might come into calculations mid-to-late first round. If he has a really strong carnival he could shoot up a little bit earlier than that," he said.
