HERE’S a sneak peek at the guernsey Richmond will wear for Sir Doug Nicholls indigenous round.

Designed by young artist Josh Muir, a Yorta Yorta/Gunditjmara man who grew up in Ballarat, north-west of Melbourne, the jumper features the Bunjil creator (depicted as a wedge-tailed eagle) looking over all people.  The design combines traditional patterns from north and south Aboriginal Australia, with the themes of togetherness, peace, love and unity.

The Tigers face Essendon in the indigenous round’s marquee fixture, Dreamtime at the ’G, at the MCG on Saturday, May 26.

All clubs will wear indigenous-themed jumpers during the round.
